About

IPSHA is the Independent Primary School Heads of Australia.

IPSHA members are actively involved in state and national education organisations and have strong levels of representation on bodies such as the National Executive Council of the Australian Primary Principals’ Association (APPA), the Council of Principals Australia (previously known as APAPDC), the Australian College of Educators (ACE), the Australian Council for Educational Leadership (ACEL), and others. In this way they meet one of their goals, which is to have influence on the direction and development of primary education in Australia. IPSHA continues to expand, develop and meet with success as it provides even greater avenues for close and meaningful contact between its members.

Project Description

IPSHA required an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. IPSHA required a new fresh website that gave their organisation a serious and professional look to match the organisation and its people. The site needed to provide the key information for its member, external parties and potential members.

Beyond the marketing front end the site required a custom built Content Management System to run an Enterprise Resource Planning solution. IPSHA required this to be able to manage memberships, document control, forums, calendars and other important information for members and board delegates.

Solution

4LIFE innovations provided a custom built CMS. Prior to the website development of the site 4LIFE innovations developed an in depth Functional Specification that outlined the system requirements, fields, workflow and defined each system user, their permissions and relative access rights.

Upon the completion of this specification and approval from IPSHA, development of the system was created with.
